FOUR ZERO Nylon Spacers are made of Polyamide material.
Polyamide is a super tough, durable and non-corrosive material. It incorporates all the benefits of traditional metal spacers at a fraction of the cost. Additionally, being a polymer-based product, the Polyamide Spacers can operate efficiently without any lubrication. Further, the material is stable and efficient to use under temperature fluctuations ranging from -30°C to +130°C. The material is also highly resistant to dilute acids and alkalis.
Polyamide Nylon Spacers are an ideal substitute for spacers of metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. The superior wear resistance of our Nylon Spacers is even more marked in abrasive conditions.
Further, Polyamide is an extremely light weight material having a remarkably high shock and vibration absorption ability.
